We're a small batch micro bakery in Weed, CA, offering artisan sourdough, baked goods and more! Each loaf is naturally leavened and long fermented the way bread was meant to be. What began as a way to feed my family real, wholesome food has grown into something truly special, something we now get to share with our community. Each loaf, cookie, and pastry is made with care and a whole lot of heart, because we believe good food brings people together, and it's an honor to be part of your table!

How Pre-Orders Work
At Five Loaves, our menu shifts with the seasons and what's baking each week to couple weeks. Everything is made in small batches to keep it fresh and crafted with care. Availability may change week to week, but there's always something delicious waiting for you!
• Pre-orders open every other Friday at 10am & close Sunday at 7pm
• Pickup is the following Friday 10am-8pm
